Refer a friend to Vitality

• Start off by visting the Vitality refer a friend page. Here you’ll find instructions and the programmes terms and conditions.
• Click the button labelled “refer a friend” to log into your Vitality membership and start the referral process.
• Agree to the referral terms and click the “Generate a Code” button at the bottom of the page. You will be granted access to your unique referral code, which you can now share with your friends and family.
• Should any of your referred friends take out a health or life plan directly from Vitality and paid premiums for three months you will receive an email with a link for you to select your £100 John Lewis or Amazon card.
• Your newly signed up friend will also receive a £100 voucher of their choice.

Get referred to Vitality

• Ask your friend to provide their unique referral code. Use the code to visit the Vitality site and sign up for a health or life plan subscription.
• Don’t know any current Vitality members? Click here to use our code instead.
• You will need to keep your premium’s payment and account in good standing for a minimum of three months.
• Once three months has passed, look out for an email from Vitality containing a link for you to select your voucher reward.
• Be sure to click the link for the voucher and enter your new Vitality membership number.
• Start sharing your own code to earn additional rewards.

Existing Vitality members can refer an unlimited number of friends and, for each successful referral, will receive £100 Amazon.co.uk or John Lewis & Partners voucher. Each newly referred friend will also receive a £100 voucher of their choice once they have paid their third month’s premium
