- As long as you referral is successful, and the property ends up listed on the site, you’ll be eligible for the cashback reward.
To Be Referred
- Ask your friend to contact Sykes and prepare the referral – they’ll need to pass along your name or the name of the property.

This referral scheme is a scam , i have referred people who are now live on the system and Sykes are refusing to pay out saying that i can only refer 1 person , i have chased this up and have 3 emails from 3 different people saying i cannot claim this , very disappointing especially spending a lot of time trying to promote Sykes to the new customers , really bad service, speak to different people every time and no one rings back , only get emails saying that i cant claim the referral fee . so so disappointing and false advertising
