1. To get started you will need a Glasses Direct referral link. Don’t know any Glasses Direct customers? Simply click here to use our link. You will always receive the full referral reward when using our links. Alternatively, check our comments section for any user-submitted links.
2. Once you click the link you will be forwarded to the Glasses Direct website. Here you will be required to provide your email address, at which point you will be provided with a link to complete your sign-up and claim your reward.
3. As a newly referred customer you will receive a £35 discount on your first purchase of a pair of glasses from Glasses Direct.
4. Now that you are a member of Glasses Direct you can generate your own referral link and start sharing it to earn more Amazon gift card.

Refer a friend to Glasses Direct

1. To refer a friend, start by visiting the Glasses Direct refer a friend page and clicking the button labelled “GIVE £35 OFF”.
2. You can now fill out the registration form with your name and email address, then click the “REGISTER” button. This will reveal your unique referral link. You will also receive an email containing the link, which you can simply forward on to anyone who might be interested.
3. Share your unique referral link with your friends and family. For each new customer who signs up via your link you will receive an Amazon.co.uk gift card code worth £10.
4. Each new customer that you refer will receive a £35 discount on their first pair of glasses purchased on the Glasses Direct website.
5. Check the email you received earlier for a link to your referral dashboard, where you can track the status of each individual referral that you’ve made.

Glasses Direct referral rewards

Pros: The Glasses Direct referral programme is run by Mention Me, which we know to be a well-known and trusted referral platform. We found that the rewards for both the referrer and the new customer are valuable, with referrers able to accrue up to £400 per year in Amazon gift cards. While there is a minimum spend requirement to claim the £35 discount, we felt that this was not excessively high considering the value of the discount, requiring only that the new customer purchase at least one pair of frames of £49 or more. It is not a requirement for the referrer to be an existing customer of Glasses Direct.

Cons: Sale items and frames in the Premium Designer section are exempt from the referral discount. Claiming the reward is only valid for 14 days from the date it is issued to the referred friend.

Referral Terms and Conditions

We recommend that you always read the full terms & conditions before taking part, however there are conditions relating to the rewards that we suggest you double check to ensure you receive the reward as expected:

• A Referrer may not earn more than 5 rewards within any 24 hour period, or 12 within last the 12 months, or £400 of reward value within last 12 months.
• The referrer will have 3 months to claim their reward after receiving the email notification.
• The new customer’s order must contain at least one frame priced at £49 or above for the £35 discount to apply.
• Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
