Get referred to Sky TV, broadband, or mobile

2. At the top of this page you will see a table with the different referral offers available. 5. Once your services have been installed and you have completed your first subscription payment (or, in the case of Mobile, when you receive your phone or SIM) you will receive an email inviting you to the rewards portal. How to refer a friend to Sky TV, broadband, or mobile

1. To introduce a friend to Sky TV (including Glass, Live, and Stream), broadband, or mobile, visit the Sky refer a friend page, click “Sign in”, then enter your usual Sky user credentials.
2. Once signed in you can recommend the full range of products to your friends and family by sharing your unique referral link. You will find various options for sharing it, including email, text or messenger apps, and social media.
3. Once your friend has selected the product of their choice and completed their order they will need to return to your referral link and input their new account number to confirm the referral.
4. Two weeks after the new customer’s subscription is installed and activated (or, in the case of Mobile, when they have received their phone or SIM) you will receive an email allowing you to select your referral reward voucher from the rewards portal. You will have 11 months from this date to claim your voucher.
5. The value of your voucher depends on the service your friend has chosen. You will receive £125 for Glass with Live, £100 for a Glass referral, £75 for a Stream referral, £60 for Fibre 100, Ultrafast, or Gigafast Full-Fibre broadband, £30 for SuperFast broadband, £25 for a Mobile monthly contract, and £15 for a SIM-only deal.

Pros: We recommend Sky’s refer a friend scheme as one of the best out there in terms of rewards, transparency, and processing time. The number of referrals is unlimited and the rewards are generous for both the referrer and the new customer, paying up to £125 in vouchers, which can be selected from a wide range of online and physical retailers. Rewards are issued promptly, within 45 days. Most of the key product ranges are eligible, there are multiple ways to share the referral link and individual referrals can be tracked via their website.

Cons: While this is a great refer a friend scheme, we found the process for confirming the referral potentially confusing as it requires the new customer to return to the referral page to provide their new Sky account number. Failing to follow this step results in both rewards not being issued as expected. To query late or missing rewards customers have to phone Sky for support, which can be time-consuming.

Terms and Conditions

We recommend that you always read the full terms & conditions (see the section labelled “Any questions?” near the foot of the page) before taking part, however there are conditions relating to the rewards that we suggest you double check to ensure you receive the reward as expected:

• If multiple Sky products are purchased then both parties will receive the reward with the highest value from the purchased products. An exception to this is Sky Mobile. Should the new customer order both a TV & Broadband and a Mobile product, then separate rewards will be issued for each as long as all the account numbers are entered.
• Once the email has been received, confirming that the referral has been successful, both parties must claim their reward within 11 months. After this time the opportunity to claim the reward will expire.
• Rewards will only be issued once the new customer has installed or activated their new product and paid their first bill. Rewards will not be issued to either party should the new customer cancels or requests a return prior to this first bill being paid.
